Summary

As a wild youth, school student Shouya Ishida sought-after to beat dissatisfaction within the cruelest ways that. once the deaf Shouko Nishimiya transfers into his category, Shouya and also the remainder of his category unthinkingly bully her for fun. However, once her mother notifies the college, he's singled out and darned for everything done to her. With Shouko transferring out of the college, Shouya is left at the mercy of his classmates. he's heartlessly ostracized all throughout elementary and lyceum, whereas academics flip a blind eye.

Now in his third year of highschool, Shouya remains suffering from his wrongdoings as a young boy. Sincerely regretting his past actions, he sets out on a journey of redemption: to fulfill Shouko another time and build amends.


Koe no Katachi tells the moving tale of Shouya's reunion with Shouko and his honest tries to redeem himself, all whereas being regularly haunted by the shadows of his past.
